Payment, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Before booking, read the terms below carefully. These policies are in place to protect your time, my time, and the integrity of the coaching process. Payment

  • All coaching packages must be paid in full before coaching begins.

  • By purchasing, you agree that coaching may begin within the 14-day cooling-off period. Once sessions have started, no refunds are available.

  • Payment confirms your commitment to the coaching process and secures your place.

  • Payment confirms your place and signals your commitment to this work. 

Cancellations & Missed Sessions

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are forfeited - no exceptions, no refunds.

  • This boundary protects the structure of our work and respects both our time.

Rescheduling

  • Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

  • All sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Unused sessions after this timeframe will be forfeited.

Commitment

This is not casual coaching. It’s structured, outcome-driven work. Your results depend on consistency, honesty, and full engagement.

These policies exist to support that standard, and to ensure you get the highest return on your investment.
