Before booking, read the terms below carefully. These policies are in place to protect your time, my time, and the integrity of the coaching process. Payment
All coaching packages must be paid in full before coaching begins.
By purchasing, you agree that coaching may begin within the 14-day cooling-off period. Once sessions have started, no refunds are available.

Cancellations & Missed Sessions
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are forfeited - no exceptions, no refunds.
This boundary protects the structure of our work and respects both our time.
Rescheduling
Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
All sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unused sessions after this timeframe will be forfeited.

This is not casual coaching. It’s structured, outcome-driven work. Your results depend on consistency, honesty, and full engagement.
These policies exist to support that standard, and to ensure you get the highest return on your investment.
