Payment, Cancellations & Rescheduling Policy
To keep your coaching journey simple, professional, and supportive, please take a moment to review these terms before booking:
Payment
All coaching packages must be paid in full before coaching begins.
By purchasing, you agree that coaching may begin within the 14-day cooling-off period. Once sessions have started, no refunds are available.
Payment confirms your commitment to the coaching process and secures your place.
Cancellations & Missed Appointments
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
Missed sessions, or those cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, are forfeited and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
This policy is in place to respect both your time and mine, and to keep your coaching journey on track.
Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
All sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any unused sessions after this period will be forfeited.
Commitment
Coaching is most effective when entered into with commitment and consistency. These boundaries are designed to support your growth, honour your investment, and ensure you get the very best results from our work together.
