The Reclaimed Woman™

For women who don't want the next twenty years to look like the last twenty.

Sometimes, one question changes everything.

A friend once asked me a question that stung for days.

"Do you realise what kind of role model you're being for your daughter?"

It hurt. Because it was true.

The next day, I walked into a letting agent.

That question is where The Reclaimed Woman™ began.

When did you last ask yourself what you wanted?

Maybe your moment isn't as dramatic as that.

Maybe nothing is wrong, exactly. But something doesn't feel right either.

You've been the reliable one. The capable one. The one who keeps going. You've built a life, taken care of people, and got through things you never imagined you'd have to.

And yet sometimes you catch yourself wondering… is this it?

You want something to change. You just can't quite say what.

Because after so many years of thinking about what everyone else needs, one question has become surprisingly hard to answer:

What do I actually want?

I know what it's like to lose yourself along the way.

I wrote The Reclaimed Woman™ for the woman asking herself that.

I know her because I've been her. I'd become very good at surviving, coping and carrying on, and somewhere along the way I'd stopped asking what I wanted.

Reclaiming myself wasn't one big decision. It was lots of small, brave ones. Noticing patterns. Learning to trust myself. Setting boundaries. Slowly building a life that felt like mine.

This isn't a book about fixing yourself. I don't believe you need fixing.

It's an invitation to get curious about yourself again, and to imagine what your life could look like if you were allowed to matter in it too.

Four stages to finding your way back to you.

Inside, we'll walk through four stages together:

Recognition: noticing where you've gone missing in your own life

Understanding: why it happened, and why it isn't your fault

Reclaiming: trusting yourself again and setting boundaries

Creating a New Life: building a life that belongs to you

Your next chapter can start right here…

You don't need a giant leap.

It can start quietly. With a book, a cup of tea, and a few honest questions.

Maybe the first decision you've made purely for yourself in a very long time.
