Session 1: We’ll dive into where you are right now and the biggest challenges you’re facing. Together, we’ll set realistic goals for your 6 weeks.
Sessions 2–5: These are focused, supportive coaching sessions where we’ll tackle confidence blocks, introduce mindset tools, and create practical action steps.
Session 6: A reflective session to celebrate progress, strengthen new habits, and plan next steps.
Each session is designed to help you feel more grounded, clear, and empowered — with tools you can use straight away.
Payment & Policies:
Packages are paid in full before coaching begins.
Coaching may begin within the 14-day cooling-off period. Once sessions start, refunds are not available.
48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session. Missed or late-cancelled sessions are forfeited.
